Fazaia Housing Scheme was launched in Lahore recently in March 2004. The scheme was initially introduced by the Pakistan Air Force for uniformed officers JCOs and Chief Techs only. Yet it was later opened to public acquisition after designing and planning was completed in July 2005 and development was initiated in December the same year.
