What's on Offer?
Currently the scheme has 16 sectors which are planned to be developed by 2021. Each sector has been subdivided into A B C D E and so on. Sector 13A B C is under development and planned to be completed by 2018 remaining will be completed by 2021.
The residential plots are available in a variety of sizes 125 sq yd 200 sq yd 250 sq yd 300 sq yd 500 sq yd 1000 sq yd and 2000 sq yd and commercial plots of 200 sq yd 300 sq yd 500 sq yd 1000 sq yd and 2000 sq yd.
The plots are divided into different categories i.e inland civilians overseas civilians serving Army officers Retired Army officers etc. DHA offers its investors with payment plans of about 10-20 year installments. The prices of plots vary based on size & location of plot within the sector: ranging from 40 lacs to as high as 1.05 crore. Commercial plots of 200 sq yd start from 1.25 crore. These plots are a safe investment with high profit margins and low risk as DHA projects are always considered more secure. They are also a good option for living if someone prefers to stay close to Karachi but away from the city's congestion & hassle.
